Kemess Underground Project Feasibility Study
AuRico filed an updated NI 43-101 compliant technical report for the Kemess Underground (KUG) Project on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) on May 6, 2016. This technical report provides details for all aspects of the KUG Project Feasibility Study. The technical report can be viewed here.
AuRico also announced an updated Feasibility Study for the KUG Project on March 23, 2016. The results indicated that the KUG Project is a robust, low-risk project benefiting from extensive infrastructure in place. The feasibility study can be viewed here.
Kemess East Resource Update
AuRico filed an updated NI 43-101 compliant technical report for the Kemess East (KE) deposit resource estimate on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) on May 6, 2016. This report is part of the KUG Project technical report as both deposits are located on AuRico’s 100%-owned Kemess property in British Columbia. The report can be viewed here.

The 2016 Dam Safety Review by Golder Associates is a comprehensive Dam Safety Review by independent geotechnical engineers of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF).
The 2015 Dam Safety Inspection Report discusses the annual Kemess South (KS) TSF inspection by AuRico’s consulting geotechnical engineers (AMEC Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure).
Application Information Requirements
As of January 11, 2016, the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office ("BC EAO") approved the Application Information Requirements ("AIR") for the Kemess Underground Project. The AIR specifies the information that must be contained in the Environmental Assessment Certificate ("EAC") application.

Environmental Assessment Certificate Application
The “Kemess Underground Project Application for an Environmental Assessment Certificate” can be viewed here.
This application is currently undergoing the 180-day application review period which started on May 11, 2016. This is the final step in the required application process for the KUG Project prior to both Provincial and Federal Environment Ministers deciding on the issuance of an Environmental Assessment Certificate for the Project.
